Service Team (Line Crew)

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet guests upon their arrival at the restaurant.

• Anticipate and address guests' needs and provide excellent customer service.

• Completing opening and closing duties daily

• Assemble grain bowls for in-house guests, takeaway, delivery and event orders

• Ensure stations are stocked and cleaned

• Work closely with management for stock count and ordering.

• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the outlet.

• Clearing plates, glasses from tables and tray collection area.

• Any ad hoc duties as assigned by management.


Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.

• Energetic, good team player, and service-orientated.

• Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.

• Strong problem solving skills.
